Membership Refund Policy

Monthly Membership Refund

Within 2 weeks of sign up, member must contact support@nabpop.org in writing and request membership cancellation as well as a refund of the initial sign up. If a refund is requested within 2 weeks, 40% of the initial sign up fee will be refunded minus any membership inclusive certification tests taken at $5.00 per test (not including additional certification tests taken which may have been purchased). After 2 weeks of sign up, member must contact support@nabpop.org and request a membership cancellation. The member will be removed from the automatic billing cycle. Monthly dues are non-refundable.

Annual Membership Refund

Refunds for annual memberships are processed at the annual membership rate minus a 10% transaction and processing fee (based on the paid annual membership rate), minus a prorated quarter of annual membership dues – a full quarter is assessed as of the first day of each quarter of the membership year (the membership year commences on the join date and ends 365 days later – each quarter is calculated in 90-day increments from join date), minus any membership inclusive certification tests taken at $5.00 per test (not including additional certification tests taken which may have been purchased).  Member must contact support@nabpop.org in writing and request membership cancellation as well as a refund of the initial sign-up.
