If you receive an error ERR_SSL_PROTOCOL_ERROR screen on the next page, you won’t be able to access the site to sign up. If you encounter this page, simply close the page and click on the following link to e-mail our staff to add you to the notification list when the issue is resolved. If you see a sign up screen, you’re all set, just follow the prompts to become a member. If you receive the above error page and are not on Spectrum, please indicate your service provider so we can work with them to resolve this issue.
