BPO Certification Test is available to NABPOP members at no additional cost.  A member can take the test an unlimited number of times. After each test, the member is provided with feedback from the test, how to study, and references for further research and studying.

The test is on-line and can be taken at any time.  There is a 1.5 hour time limit for the certification test.  A passing score of 80% is needed to become BPO certified and obtain the C-REPS designation.

Staying Current

Once a member has passed the certification test, an optional test is available in order to maintain a more current certification date. The current test takes approximately 10 minutes to complete. Members are encouraged to re-certify annually.
