BPO Advocacy

This section of the National Association of BPO Professionals - NABPOP's website is dedicated to the political advocacy of Broker Price Opinions - BPOs. NABPOP is a leading advocate of BPOs and is active on several political fronts. Most often, the biggest obstacle to advocating the use and practice of BPOs is the lack of awareness - most people (to include lawmakers) are not aware of BPOs or have a cursory knowledge of them. The pages in this advocacy section is intended to provide information about BPOs and the significant impact that BPOs have on the real estate valuation industry.
