Refunds for annual memberships are processed at the annual membership rate minus a 10% transaction and processing fee (based on the paid annual membership rate), minus a prorated quarter annual membership dues - a full quarter is assessed as of the first day of each quarter of the membership year (the membership year commences on the join date and ends 365 days later – each quarter is calculate in 90 day increments from join date), minus any membership inclusive certification tests taken at $5.00 per test (not including additional certification tests taken which may have been purchased). |
